KGND organizes its operational work into six interlocking programs that together form the institutional engine of the Vision 2055 horizon.

PROGRAM 01

Human Capital and Leadership Program

This program focuses on identifying, networking, and developing the human capacity of Kurds in the fields of science, management, expertise, and entrepreneurship. Its goal is to cultivate a generation of leaders, experts, and influential forces for the future of Kurdistan.
